Kulmakuulalaakerit on suunniteltu siten, että sisä- ja ulkorenkaissa on pyörät, jotka on siirretty toisiinsa nähden laakerin akselia pitkin. Tämä konfiguraatio mahdollistaa laakerin samanaikaisesti yhdistettyjen radiaali- ja aksiaalikuormien. Eri kosketuskulmia valitsemalla laakeri voidaan optimoida tiettyihin käyttöolosuhteisiin, mikä lisää aksiaalista kuormitusta ja vakaata suorituskykyä suuremmilla pyörimisnopeuksilla.
Näitä laakereita käytetään laajalti autojärjestelmissä, sähkömoottoreissa, pumpuissa, työstökoneissa, maatalouskoneissa ja muissa teollisuuden laitteissa, joissa vaaditaan sekä tarkkuutta että kantokykyä. Sovellusvaatimuksista riippuen kulmakosketuskuulalaakereita voidaan toimittaa yksirivisinä, kaksirivisinä tai sovitettuina laakerikokoonpanoina.
BMT on erikoistunut laakereiden valmistukseen vuodesta 2004 lähtien ja toimittaa laakeriratkaisuja OEM-valmistajille, jakelijoille ja teollisuusasiakkaille maailmanlaajuisesti. Kaikki kulmakosketuskuulalaakerit on valmistettu ISO 9001 ja IATF 16949 sertifioitujen laatujärjestelmien mukaisesti. Tuotantoprosessit sisältävät raaka-aineiden tarkastuksen, mittamittauksen, tärinätestauksen, melutestauksen ja suorituskyvyn tarkastuksen johdonmukaisuuden ja asiakkaan vaatimustenmukaisuuden varmistamiseksi. Tuotantolaitoksemme ovat myös läpäisseet Ford Q1:n ja Boschin toimittajien auditoinnit.
